Zombie warning!

Busy month for me. Biggest month in the year at work. At mornings I do resemble a zombie quite well. I have been lacking in updates on my blog and supporting the other blogs I read and love. Sorry guys, but I will return...With a vengeance!!!

Presents have been sent to Kieron and Zabadak. Fran...Your parcel is still staring at me from my desk! I fragging forgot it!!! I have had a lot on my mind, sorry mate. Amongst other things our goverment will make a cut into social services. That will hit me and my girlfriend pretty hard on the economy. I am working but Lone, due to her health is not able to. Thus we get punished. not get it.... But I refuse to let it get me down. It is a big debate here in Denmark, some people really have no idea about how it is to be sick. How hard it is. It is a bit like telling a person with asthma "Just take a deep breath of air!"

Sorry, no more rant. Now to some hobby related stuff.

Some mates and I got together to play Warhammer quest. What a blast! And lovely to go back to a game GW made that is still fun to play!

I took part of Mantic Games KICKTARTER for Deadzone and recently recieved my box of crack! I do love the plague faction! These are some of the big guys. Some progress despite a hard month.

And here a small conversion I made. The human on the ground is missing his head...I wonder how that happened? Painting has begun on this and I will show you the finished result.

Some may recognize the building as I have shown the Segway office before. But look closely...NO! NOT RAY!!! Sorry about that... I meant the group of ex British home guard. These will feature in a future battle report! A big thanks to Simon from Brummies wargaming blog who gave me these. PAINTED! To open that parcel brought a big grin on my face! Cheers mate!!!!

If you are reading this then I would like to say thank you, for reading my blog, for commenting and for giving me the energy to keep it going. It means a lot. I wish you and your family a merry x-mas. And remember to enjoy the small things. Not just in this time of the year, but in general. Enjoy what you have, what little you may have.

You never know when the zombies will turn your world upside down!!! Take care out there!!!

Yours in gaming, a survivor from Denmark.

    1. Ah, the double accounts are messing with me already!

Merry Christmas Johnny! And regarding the social state, you can rest assure we got it worse. But that's not worth staining the blogs with! I have no idea how it is not to be able to work, but I am home for two straight months now and it's killing me :D.

Love the dead zone miniatures and can't wait to see them finished! I really like the original "flesh" colour choice. The conversion is especially amazing, reminds me of that Men in black shooting range for some reason, he he.

  7. Best wishes to you and Lone, my friend. Believe me, I know what it's like to be ill and incapacitated. My heart goes out to you both.

  8. It seems a lot of us in our circle of bloggers share many of the same trials, tribulations and sentiments and we all find a little comfort and solace from our blogs.
Like many others my thoughts are with you both over the holiday period.

  9. Slightly later than everyone else (since I've only just seen this update), but Merry Christmas and best wishes to you and yours!
